How Do I get in Touch with My Regular Doctor?
We will try to facilitate timely care through your regular doctor where possible. If you cannot get an appointment soon enough with your regular doctor, please ask the receptionist to check with your regular doctor to see if he/she can fit you in sooner.
Alternatively, we may be able to offer you an appointment with another doctor in the Practice. However, if you have complex chronic medical conditions, we will endeavour to get you seen by your regular doctor who knows you well.
Same Day Urgent Appointments
We have a few reserved appointments every day to cater for patients who need medical attention on the same day. These appointments are not available online and patients are advised to call on the day to book in.
After Hours Care
In an emergency, please ring 000.
For after-hours medical care, please contact:
Healthdirect on 1800 022 222 to speak to a nurse about your symptoms. They may offer you a call back or a video call from a GP who can provide medical advice.
