There are 2P and all-day car parks in front of our clinic, and more 1-2P car parks on Smith Street, Hodgkinson Street and Wellington Street.
We have two bike hoops in front of our clinic for patient use. BYO lock.
Our clinic is easily accessible via public transport. Tram route 86 in front of the clinic (stops 22 and 23) extends to Docklands, Reservoir, Kingsbury and Bundoora (Latrobe University and RMIT campus). Bus route 546 (Grant St stop opposite the clinic) extends to Parkville, Ivanhoe and Heidelberg. The Clifton Hill train station servicing the Hurstbridge and Mernda lines, is located 900m away from the clinic.
How Do I get in Touch with My Regular Doctor?
We will try to facilitate timely care through your regular doctor where possible. If you cannot get an appointment soon enough with your regular doctor, please ask the receptionist to check with your regular doctor to see if he/she can fit you in sooner.
Alternatively, we may be able to offer you an appointment with another doctor in the Practice. However, if you have complex chronic medical conditions, we will endeavour to get you seen by your regular doctor who knows you well.
Same Day Urgent Appointments
We have a few reserved appointments every day to cater for patients who need medical attention on the same day. These appointments are not available online and patients are advised to call on the day to book in.
After Hours Care
In an emergency, please ring 000.
For after-hours medical care, please contact the National Home Doctor Service on 13 SICK (137425). If the National Home Doctor Service is overwhelmed and cannot provide a doctor to see you, please call Healthdirect on 1800 022 222 to speak to a nurse about your symptoms. They may offer you a call back or a video call from a GP who can provide medical advice.
